We would like to congratulate the chosen recipient of our 2017 Road to Safety Scholarship, Cailin MacQuarrie from Babylon Junior-Senior High School.
Many high school students throughout Long Island took the time to apply for the Road to Safety Scholarship. These applicants shared stories, essays and creative presentations on why distracted driving awareness is important to them personally. We were impressed and touched by their stories and proactive messages to combat distracted driving.

The purpose of offering this scholarship was not only to help a student offset the cost of college but also to raise awareness on these issues.
